Digital Advertising & Analytics
We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers ("Advertising Providers") that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms. Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Site over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices. This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.
You may visit the DAA Webchoices tool at www.aboutads.info to learn more about this type of advertising and how to opt out of this advertising on websites by companies participating in the DAA self-regulatory program. You can also exercise choices regarding interest-based advertising on your mobile device by downloading the DAA's AppChoices tool at https://youradchoices.com/appchoices.
If you delete your cookies or use a different browser or mobile device, you may need to renew your opt-out choices. Note that electing to opt out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications. It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.
We may also work with third parties that collect data about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time for non-advertising purposes. Creator Protocol uses Google Analytics and other third-party services to improve the performance of the Site and for analytics and marketing purposes. For more information about how Google Analytics collects and uses data when you use our Site, visit www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners, and to opt out of Google Analytics, visit tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.
Additionally, your browser may offer tools to limit the use of cookies or to delete cookies; however, if you use these tools, our Site may not function as intended.
Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may provide links to third-party websites or apps. We do not control the privacy practices of those websites or apps, and they are not covered by this Policy. You should review the privacy policies of other websites or apps that you use to learn about their data practices.
The Site may also include integrated social media tools or "plug-ins." If you use these tools to share personal information or otherwise interact with these features on the Site, those companies may collect information about you and may use and share such information in accordance with your account settings, including by sharing such information with the general public.
Your interactions with third-party companies and your use of their features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies that provide those features. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy policies of any accounts you create and use.

Please be aware that the personal information we collect may be transferred to and maintained on servers or databases located outside your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your location.

SMS / Text Message Program
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or use of any Creator Protocol LLC product or service. Creator Protocol LLC operates an SMS text message program to communicate with enrolled members and prospective students. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Creator Protocol LLC by: (1) submitting your phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on a Creator Protocol enrollment form or landing page at creatorprotocol.io, or (2) texting START to our business number. Opt-in may also occur when you text a designated keyword to our business number or check an SMS consent box on a web form.
Messages you may receive include: appointment reminders, enrollment confirmations, coaching session notifications, program updates, promotional offers, and account alerts. Message frequency will vary based on your enrollment status and engagement with our programs. During active enrollment periods you may receive up to 4-6 messages per week.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 727-334-0511. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected]. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Creator Protocol LLC uses cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your interactions with our Site. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us improve your experience, analyze Site performance, and deliver relevant content. We use both session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and persistent cookies (which remain on your device until deleted or expired). You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on our Site. For more information on how third-party analytics and advertising partners use cookies, please see the Digital Advertising & Analytics section of this Policy.
Data Security
Creator Protocol LLC takes the protection of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission via SSL/TLS protocols, restricted access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only, secure third-party platforms and software that meet or exceed industry compliance standards, and regular monitoring of our systems for potential vulnerabilities.
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have reason to believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
Third-Party Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, coaching platform delivery, CRM management, or communications infrastructure, is permitted solely for the purpose of fulfilling those services on behalf of Creator Protocol LLC. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. All subcontractors with access to personal data are required to handle it in accordance with applicable privacy standards and are prohibited from using it for any independent marketing or promotional purposes.
Creator Protocol LLC does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or phone number to any outside party.
Retention
We retain personal information in identifiable form only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the personal information was provided to us or, if longer, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, or to satisfy any similar essential purposes. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. Once the retention period expires and if not otherwise required to retain information by law, we will delete or de-identify personal information.
